Rose is a global entrepreneur with executive leadership experience across finance, real estate, healthcare, and renewable energy. As the founder of CharPower, she is committed to accelerating the transition toward a circular economy by transforming biomass into valuable environmental solutions.

Her vision combines sustainable infrastructure, carbon removal, and clean technology to build scalable businesses that generate long-term environmental and economic impact.

Ivan  is the Engineering Manager at CharPower. A Mechanical Engineer with a Master's degree in Renewable Energy, he specializes in industrial thermal systems, biomass conversion, and large-scale process engineering.

He leads plant engineering, process optimization, equipment reliability, and international operations, driving the development of advanced pyrolysis technologies. His leadership is focused on delivering scalable engineering solutions that position CharPower as a global leader in biochar production, carbon removal, and sustainable industrial infrastructure.

Sam is an Iowa native with a background in Chemical Engineering and Economics. Before joining CharPower, he worked at 3M, where he led manufacturing improvement initiatives focused on safety, quality, equipment reliability, and operational efficiency.

At CharPower, he oversees the installation, commissioning, and day-to-day operation of the company's biochar production systems. His expertise ensures efficient manufacturing, continuous process improvement, and reliable production while supporting CharPower's mission to deliver high-quality biochar solutions for agriculture and carbon markets.
