Our Leadership Team
Rose T Cheung
President & CEO
Rose Cheung is a successful multi-business entrepreneur, business manager and best-selling author with a dedicated passion for healthy living and environmental wellbeing.
Her distinguished business career has spanned from working as a CPA and Chief Financial Officer in multiple US-based companies – managing 2,500+ people – to being the founder of a Los Angeles, US bank and businesses in real estate development and construction, health care, and renewable energy. Currently based in Austin, Texas, she expanded her global reach in 2023, establishing a second residence and office in Dubai.
In 2020-2021, Rose launched her first solar energy project in New Jersey and is currently producing power to 200+ homes. At the same time, she and her daughter Genevieve Wong wrote and published the best-selling book Healing Herbal Soups and launched www.healingherbalsoups.com. Healing Herbal Soups serves as a guide to traditional Chinese Medicine principles and herbal soup recipes – demystifying herbal medicine, and making it a normal, useful tool for everyone to use on a regular basis.
Inspired by her ongoing commitment to environmental wellbeing, today Rose is immersed in her latest ventures – EcoTerrum and Char Power. Conceived and founded by Rose, EcoTerrum is a company committed to encouraging consumers to make eco-friendly choices by providing a one-stop virtual marketplace for earth-friendly products and services that cover every aspect of their daily life. And as an added incentive, EcoTerrum customers receive unique cryptocurrency rewards for their ongoing earth-friendly lifestyle choices. Char Power is Rose’s initiative to help countries eliminate unnecessary waste and pollution while providing a highly-beneficial biochar byproduct.
In addition to overseeing EcoTerrum and Char Power operations, Rose currently travels the world engaging with local, regional and national government, business, and community leaders, as well as environmental experts sharing insights and promoting EcoTerrum’s and Char Power’s Programs and Eco-Enhancement Initiatives.
Bryan Erixon
Director of Operations
Bryan Erixon serves as Director of Operations at Char Power, bringing over 22 years of experience in agricultural equipment and renewable energy projects. As CEO and Founder of Erixon Equipment (established 2016), he specializes in manufacturing and importing agricultural machinery, with expertise spanning equipment design, logistics management, contract negotiation, and comprehensive project management.
Bryan's extensive background includes helping companies navigate biochar production setup. His experience ranges from material handling and storage solutions to establishing operational frameworks for sustainable energy projects. At Erixon Equipment, he manages final assembly operations and maintains strong international supplier relationships, particularly with manufacturers in Italy and China.
His hands-on approach to project development has proven invaluable in overcoming complex logistical challenges and ensuring cost-effective operations. Bryan's expertise in equipment procurement, site preparation, and operational efficiency makes him instrumental in Char Power's mission to transform agricultural and forestry waste into valuable biochar products while advancing carbon sequestration goals.
Bryan is committed to building sustainable, scalable biochar operations that deliver both environmental impact and economic value.
Dorothy K Tse
Director of International Marketing and Public Relations
Dorothy K Tse has extensive years of experience in marketing medical technologies and setting up medical conferences domestically and internationally, especially in Asia. She focused on medical travel for patients from other countries to receive medical surgeries and other treatments of robotic assisted hernia repairs and specialties such as:
Bariatric, Gastroenterology, Gynecology, Hyperhidrosis, Male Cosmetic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Pain Management, Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.
Her role with Char Power will be public relations and setting up joint venture programs with international partners to increase growth of the business and promote circular economy around the globe.
