Returns, Refunds, Shipping & Pickup

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Char Power does not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds for change of mind or ordering the wrong quantity. Please review product specifications, intended use, and quantities before ordering.

This policy does not exclude defective, damaged, incorrect, or materially misdescribed products. If your order has a problem, contact info@char-power.com as soon as reasonably possible with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate remedy, which may include replacement, return, or refund. Please contact us before sending products back so we can provide return instructions. Char Power will cover reasonable return shipping costs for confirmed defective, damaged, or incorrect products. Any refund will be issued to the original payment method where possible.

Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies required by applicable law, including mandatory cancellation, warranty, return, or refund rights. Where the law requires a refund, we will provide it. This policy also does not remove any legally required refund rights for orders we cannot fulfill or shipment delays.

SHIPPING IS CHARGED SEPARATELY

Product prices do not include shipping. Orders ship via UPS from Des Moines, Iowa. Shipping is charged separately at a variable rate based on the delivery address, package weight and dimensions, and the available UPS service. The applicable shipping charge must be confirmed before payment. Contact info@char-power.com if a shipping rate is unavailable or for delivery questions.

OFFICE PICKUP

Pickup is available at our offices: 3199 Dixon Street, Des Moines, Iowa 50313, United States. Office hours are 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time. Contact info@char-power.com to confirm your pickup date and that your order is ready before visiting. Pickup avoids shipping charges.
